The project supports the eGovernment concept of the Republic of Estonia, according to which access to public services should be available all over the country, should be user-friendly, standardised and efficient.
The project is completed; the elaboration of details and increasing the competence of the users for using the created environment takes place. Direction towards electronic data interchange in the European Union.
There must be a clear vision of the final outcome and responsibility for realising it must be taken.
