The Premium Search System is an application that tells its users through question & answer-sessions to which of more than 1900 support measures of more than 360 housing actors the user is entitled to. Personal Civil Servant is an application builder that allows non-programmers to build interactive applications that guide their users through question & answer-sessions to tailored information and allows to implement intelligent application forms. At the moment it is being used to implement intelligent digital application forms that are linked to the Premium Search System.
