Anleitung zur Erfassung der Projekte aus 2011



Erfassung der Projekte

  1. Im Formular: Form:Project den Namen des Projekts eingeben, aber nicht alles in Großschrift, z. B: "All in one - One-stop-shop for Citizens" statt "ALL IN ONE - ONE-STOP-SHOPPING FOR CITIZENS"

Case description

  1. "Case Description" aus dem PDF kopieren und <enter text here> damit überschreiben.
  2. Im Text aus dem PDF sind leider harte Umbrüche drinnen, diese bitte entfernen: Man muss nach dem ersten Satz "The district of Reutte covers an area of 1250 km² with only a small" einmal auf die Taste "Entf" drücken, damit das nächste Wort "number" gleich im Anschluss daran kommt und nicht in der nächsten Zeile. So geht man den Text durch und entfernt harte Umbrüche.

Award info

  1. Award category auswählen (ist immer in der Kopfzeile zu erkennen)
  2. Award type: ist meistens submission. Falls ein grünes Icon dabei ist Diploma2011.png, ist es ein "Diploma", bei einem roten Nominee2009.png ein "Nominee". Achtung: bei den Nominees schauen, ob es einer der Gewinner ist, dann "award" auswählen. Falls es keine normale submission ist, immer auch zurück zum vorigen Tab und im Text zu Beginn folgendes Angeben: {{Nominee2011}} bzw. {{Award2011}} oder {{Diploma2011}} (inkl. der geschwungenen Klammern. Dann wird das Icon nach dem Speichern angezeigt. Beispiel:

  4. Type of sector auswählen
  5. Type of activity wenn möglich zuweisen - aus der Case description sollte das hervorgehen, bitte das passendste auswählen
  6. Keywords einfügen
  7. Short english description: kurze 1-2 Sätze lange Beschreibung aus der Case description verwenden. z. B: "Establishment of a one-stop-shop of a regional authority"
  8. Start und end-date leer lassen (es sei denn, es ist aus der case-description ersichtlich)

  1. Organisation eingeben
  2. other applicants (falls vorhanden) eingeben, getrennt durch ein Komma
  3. Project homepage: nur, falls die Homepage nicht zur Organisation, sondern wirklich zum Projekt führt.
  4. Level of Government eingeben
  5. Size of organisation auswählen
  6. Number of people involved in the project auswählen
  7. Land eingeben: auf autovervollständigung achten
  8. EU-membership angeben (siehe Land, bei Unklarheiten siehe hier:
  9. Coordinaten kann man nachsehen, in dem man die Adresse der Organisation in das untere Feld eingibt, und "Look up coordinates" anklickt, dann wird ein kartenausschnitt angezeigt und die Koordinaten werden ins Feld übernommen.
  10. Auf "Save page" klicken - fertig

Organisation erfassen

  1. Beim eben gespeicherten Eintrag zum Tab "Project info" wechseln. Dort auf den Eintrag bei "Organisation" klicken (sollte in der Regel rot und damit neu sein. Wenn er blau ist, führt er zu einem existierenden Eintrag. In diesem Fall dann die Daten überschreiben
  2. Daten eingeben, bei Homepage nicht auf "http://" vergessen.
  3. Felder Phone, Fax und Free text leer lassen
  4. Auf "Save page" klicken - fertig!
